ISO

At our company, we define quality as the value that our clients expect from us. The most important tool used to implement this assumption is the implemented ISO Quality Management System.

ISO Quality Management System

This is a clearly defined, documented and coherent set of rules that enables effective and simultaneous management of many aspects by establishing and implementing a coherent policy. At Kabat, these benchmarks are customer focus combined with the functioning of the Quality Management System, environmental protection and occupational health and safety.

Implemented ISO 2003 2004 standards

With a view to continuously improving production processes and the quality of customer service, at the turn of 2003 and 2004, we implemented standards ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and PN-N 18001:2004.

The process of implementing the ISO Quality Management System took over two years. The challenge of implementing a system that covers not only quality but also environmental protection and occupations health and safety required a titanic effort by the entire team. As a result of these activities, the functioning of all departments was reorganised – from purchasing, the raw material warehouse and specific stages of production, to the finished goods warehouse, the laboratory, maintenance, the sales department and administration.

The climactic point of thousands of hours of work and effort of the Management Board, management staff and all employees was the final audit in the second quarter of 2006.

In 2015 and 2018, Bureau Veritas conducted another audit at Kabat to extend the ISO certificate for another three years. The activities carried out under the Quality Management System were assessed positively.

Current certificates in both Polish and English can be found under the links in the photos.
