We specialise in the production of moulded products and profiles, and we're dynamically developing on the market of rubber compound producers.
Our range includes rubber compounds for various applications, including tread, oil-resistant, with increased abrasion resistance, for vulcanisation in salt baths and air tunnels, with PZH certificates for contact with drinking water and for general use.
We have a professional Technology Department and specialised staff, who guarantee the highest quality of our products. The Technology Department consists of two areas: R&D and control. The task of the former is to develop new compound recipes. Each one is adapted to the individual requirements and needs of our client.
The control area is responsible for checking each batch of rubber compounds produced. Samples are taken from all of the batches leaving our mixers, and are then subjected to rheometric testing to assess the repeatability of the batch.
In addition, depending on individual requirements, physical and mechanical parameters are monitored in accordance with the PN and PN-ISO standards, as well as with the internal standards of car manufacturers such as VW and BMW:
